TPSP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPSP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,139 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OAT, KLC2_S151, and MFF_T138. Each is linked with TPSP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPSP2 versus OAT in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
