TPSD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,327 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASL11A, MTERF4, and ARL4AP1. Each is linked with TPSD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSD1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPSD1 versus RASL11A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
