The most reproducible TPRX2P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Somatic diversification of immunoglobulins, Vesicle localization, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with TPRX2P in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRX2P-to-partner and partner-to-TPRX2P results are reported.
