Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPRX2P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPRX2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL3, PRAMEF10, and PRAMEF17. Each is linked with TPRX2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRX2P-to-partner and partner-to-TPRX2P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL3 grouped by TPRX2P-low versus TPRX2P-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRX2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRX2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
