Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPRX1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TPRX1 data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher TPRX1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPRX1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where TPRX1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
