TPRN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,257 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPD52L2, TPRN_S241, and STRBP. Each is linked with TPRN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRN-to-partner and partner-to-TPRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPRN versus TPD52L2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
