Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,738 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM237, BLMH, and FGD1. Each is linked with TPRN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRN-to-partner and partner-to-TPRN results are reported.
