TPRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-12, RN7SL354P, and VTRNA2-2P. Each is linked with TPRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRN-to-partner and partner-to-TPRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD5-12 grouped by TPRN-low versus TPRN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
