TPRN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,672 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANAPC2, RABL6, and ZMYND19. Each is linked with TPRN in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRN-to-partner and partner-to-TPRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPRN versus ANAPC2 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
