TPRKB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,299 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL5, SNRPG, and SNRPB2. Each is linked with TPRKB in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRKB-to-partner and partner-to-TPRKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPRKB versus METTL5 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
