TPRKB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,118 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRKB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAST, DHX9, and HDAC2. Each is linked with TPRKB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRKB-to-partner and partner-to-TPRKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPRKB versus SPAST in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
