TPRKB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRKB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,210 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSGEP, COQ6, and GEMIN2. Each is linked with TPRKB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRKB-to-partner and partner-to-TPRKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPRKB versus OSGEP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
