Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPPP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TPPP2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TPPP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPPP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where TPPP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
