TPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,098 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, WDR74, and YARS1. Each is linked with TPO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPO-to-partner and partner-to-TPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCER1A grouped by TPO-low versus TPO-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
