Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 351 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, TBC1D3H, and OR4B2P. Each is linked with TPM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM4-to-partner and partner-to-TPM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by TPM4-low versus TPM4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
