Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPM1-AS RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TPM1-AS data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TPM1-AS RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPM1-AS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and READ show a favorable association.

ACC, LUSC, and MESO are the cancer types where TPM1-AS RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
