TPI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 602 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VDAC2P4, LINC02353, and VN1R93P. Each is linked with TPI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPI1-to-partner and partner-to-TPI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VDAC2P4 grouped by TPI1-low versus TPI1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
