Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPGS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,449 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPGS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INO80-AS1, SPEF1, and NXT2. Each is linked with TPGS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPGS2-to-partner and partner-to-TPGS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPGS2 versus INO80-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPGS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPGS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
