TPGS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPGS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,175 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPGS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7843, MIR3928, and SNORD116-10. Each is linked with TPGS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPGS2-to-partner and partner-to-TPGS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7843 grouped by TPGS2-low versus TPGS2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPGS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPGS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
