Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPGS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,378 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPGS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, Regulation of sister chromatid segregation, and Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with TPGS2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPGS2-to-partner and partner-to-TPGS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition grouped by TPGS2-low versus TPGS2-high in BREAST.
