TPCN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHBP6, UHRF1, and SNORD116-12. Each is linked with TPCN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPCN2-to-partner and partner-to-TPCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHBP6 grouped by TPCN2-low versus TPCN2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
