TPCN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A2, IRGC, and KCNG4. Each is linked with TPCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPCN2-to-partner and partner-to-TPCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A2 grouped by TPCN2-low versus TPCN2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
