TPBG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPBG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,910 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPBG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, PPIC, and C1QA. Each is linked with TPBG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPBG-to-partner and partner-to-TPBG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPBG versus P4HA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPBG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPBG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
