Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPBG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 943 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPBG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL4AP1, GLULP5, and MIR664A. Each is linked with TPBG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPBG-to-partner and partner-to-TPBG results are reported.
