The most reproducible TPBG-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Annexin-1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with TPBG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPBG-to-partner and partner-to-TPBG results are reported.
