Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPBG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,695 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPBG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular protein transport, Late endosome to vacuole transport, and Maintenance of location in cell. Each is linked with TPBG in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPBG-to-partner and partner-to-TPBG results are reported.
