TP73

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP73 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,624 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP73-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPEN_S727, MCM4, and MCM6. Each is linked with TP73 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP73-to-partner and partner-to-TP73 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP73 versus SPEN_S727 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP73→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP73) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
