Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP73 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,524 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TP73-associated genes across cancer lineages are THEMIS, PLAAT3, and H4C10P. Each is linked with TP73 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP73-to-partner and partner-to-TP73 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP73 versus THEMIS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP73→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP73) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
