TP63

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP63 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,710 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP63-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FRMD6_S544, NGLY1, and PKP1_S185. Each is linked with TP63 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP63-to-partner and partner-to-TP63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP63 versus FRMD6_S544 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP63→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
