Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP63 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,689 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP63-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, EMC9, and UQCRH. Each is linked with TP63 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP63-to-partner and partner-to-TP63 results are reported.
