TP63

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP63 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP63-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, TFRC, and p70-S6K_pT389. Each is linked with TP63 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP63-to-partner and partner-to-TP63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by TP63-low versus TP63-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP63→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
