TP63

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TP63 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,676 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP63-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPRG1, KRT6A, and CSTA. Each is linked with TP63 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP63-to-partner and partner-to-TP63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP63 versus TPRG1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP63→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
