The most reproducible TP63-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway, Regulation of mRNA processing, and Regulation of cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with TP63 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP63-to-partner and partner-to-TP63 results are reported.
