Across TCGA cell cohorts, TP63 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 244 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP63-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR3B, ZCRB1, and YAF2. Each is linked with TP63 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP63-to-partner and partner-to-TP63 results are reported.
