Across TCGA cell cohorts, TP53TG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,332 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TP53TG5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with TP53TG5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53TG5-to-partner and partner-to-TP53TG5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by TP53TG5-low versus TP53TG5-high in URINARY_TRACT.
