Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TP53RK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TP53RK data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TP53RK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TP53RK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, LUSC, and HNSC are the cancer types where TP53RK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
