Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TP53RK mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TP53RK data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TP53RK mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TP53RK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

COAD, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where TP53RK mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
