Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53I13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TP53I13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACUL1, HOXB13, and GBX2. Each is linked with TP53I13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53I13-to-partner and partner-to-TP53I13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP53I13 versus CACUL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53I13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53I13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
