Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TP53I13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TP53I13 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher TP53I13 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TP53I13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PAAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, UCEC, and UVM are the cancer types where TP53I13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
