TP53BP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53BP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,006 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP53BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3J, DTWD1, and BLOC1S6. Each is linked with TP53BP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53BP1-to-partner and partner-to-TP53BP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP53BP1 versus EIF3J in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
