Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53BP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TP53BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with TP53BP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53BP1-to-partner and partner-to-TP53BP1 results are reported.
