Across TCGA cell cohorts, TP53BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,629 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP53BP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, Regulation of cilium assembly, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with TP53BP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53BP1-to-partner and partner-to-TP53BP1 results are reported.
