TP53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,276 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTATIP2, UHRF1, and METTL16. Each is linked with TP53 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53-to-partner and partner-to-TP53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP53 versus HTATIP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
