TP53

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 201 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP53-associated genes across cancer lineages are p53, Cyclin-B1, and Bim. Each is linked with TP53 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53-to-partner and partner-to-TP53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p53 grouped by TP53-low versus TP53-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
