Across TCGA cell cohorts, TP53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,470 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TP53-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative stress-induced premature senescence, Positive regulation of RNA polymerase II transcription preinitiation complex assembly, and Regulation of G1 to G0 transition. Each is linked with TP53 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53-to-partner and partner-to-TP53 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Oxidative stress-induced premature senescence grouped by TP53-low versus TP53-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
