Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TP53 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,973 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TP53-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN1A, MDM2, and RPS27L. Each is linked with TP53 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53-to-partner and partner-to-TP53 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN1A grouped by TP53-low versus TP53-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
