Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,321 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf112, FAM83D, and TMEM97. Each is linked with TOX4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX4-to-partner and partner-to-TOX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOX4 versus C1orf112 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
