TOX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with TOX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX4-to-partner and partner-to-TOX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by TOX4-low versus TOX4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
