Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,391 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Endosomal transport, and Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with TOX4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX4-to-partner and partner-to-TOX4 results are reported.
