TOX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOX4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,934 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HINFP, OCA2, and ABCC3. Each is linked with TOX4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX4-to-partner and partner-to-TOX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HINFP grouped by TOX4-low versus TOX4-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
